LARGE WORKS 2018
Encaustic monoprints are made on a heated insulated box with a metal surface. The size of a print is generally determined by the dimensions of the box. In my studio, I work on a 36" x 48" box. Happily, I had an opportunity to work in David Clark's studio in Palm Springs where the scale suddenly zoomed to 38" x 60". Big fun.
